What we collect
Nothing. PowerDoze runs entirely on your local machine. No telemetry, no analytics, no crash reports are sent to any server.
Local data
PowerDoze stores configuration files (rules, power modes, whitelist, analytics) as JSON files in the application directory and %LOCALAPPDATA%\PowerDoze\. These files never leave your computer.
Network access
- Internal communication: The app's UI talks to its local engine process on your machine. This traffic never reaches the internet.
- Update check: On startup, the app fetches
version.jsonfrom our website to check for updates. Only the HTTP request is made; no user data is sent. - Account & license (Pro): If you sign in, we use Supabase to authenticate and bind this device to your Pro license. No data beyond your email, device name, and OS version is stored.
Third parties
We do not share any data with third parties. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (ECPay / PayPal), which has its own privacy policy. Authentication uses Google OAuth via Supabase.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data (Pro license record, bound devices) from the Account page. Uninstalling PowerDoze removes all local data automatically.
